Notes:

The Music Box is the English version of a song released by The Hep Stars in Swedish as I Sagans Land and in German as Die Spieluhr. It was only released in The Netherlands until re-released in 2004 on a Swedish compilation CD [r=15300896.

Vertical wraparound sleeve which is identical both sides.

Matrix on labels are in parentheses.

The runouts are etched, except for 2 1 1 and 1 1 1, which are stamped.
The sign ~ is etched under the Matrix number both sides. Probably the Lacquer Cutter's signature.
